Welcome to Learning Toyland. By visiting our website at learningtoyland.com and/or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

"Learning Toyland", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the business operating this online store. "You" refers to the visitor or customer.

2. Using the site

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. Minors may use the site only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
  • You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
  • You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

3. Products

  • We do our best to display product colours, sizes, and details accurately, but small variations between the photos on the site and the actual product can occur (screen colour calibration, packaging refreshes from suppliers, etc.).
  • Prices and product availability can change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order — for example, if we suspect it was placed in error, by a reseller, or violates these terms. If your order is cancelled after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
  • Our toys are intended for the age range shown on each product page. Please follow age guidance and any safety instructions included with the product. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

4. Orders, payment, and pricing

  • All prices on the site are shown in the currency selected at checkout.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we send your order confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order.
  • We use Shopify and trusted payment providers to process payments. We don't store your full card details on our servers.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, costs, and procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are described in our Return Policy.
Both are part of these Terms.

6. Accounts (if applicable)

If you create an account on the site, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity on the account. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards

  • Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue (or as required by local law where it differs).
  • Promotional offers are limited to the dates and conditions shown with the offer.

8. Reviews and submitted content

If you leave a product review, photo, or other content via our store or the Judge.me reviews system, you agree:

  • the content is your own and doesn't break anyone else's rights;
  • we may publish, display, edit for length, or remove the content;
  • we won't pay you for it.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, logos, product photos, and code — belongs to Learning Toyland or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites (suppliers, payment providers, review platforms, social media). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Please review their own terms before using them.

11. Accuracy of information

We try hard to keep information on the site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it is always complete, current, or error-free. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.

12. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Learning Toyland is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site, beyond the amount you paid for the product in question. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
