Refund policy

At Learning Toyland, your little one's joy and safety come first. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including any inserts, instructions, and accessories);
  • Resaleable condition — not visibly used or worn;
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

3. What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
  • Items that have been used, opened beyond inspection, or damaged after delivery;
  • Free promotional items received with the order.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@learningtoyland.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return. Photos are appreciated if the item arrived damaged.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@learningtoyland.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Refunds cover the item price.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a free-shipping threshold was reached only because of the returned item, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, colour, or model is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is received and approved, we'll process the refund so you can re-order.

8. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again;
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund posts.
