Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Learning Toyland! Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.
1. Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping rates

Final shipping cost is shown at checkout based on your address and chosen method.
3. Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:

Estimates do not include processing time. Delays can occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs and carrier conditions.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email support@learningtoyland.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
6. Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbours, household members, and any safe drop-off spots;
- Wait 1–2 business days — carriers sometimes mark items delivered slightly early;
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number;
- If still not found, contact us at support@learningtoyland.com within 14 days of the marked-delivered date and we'll help investigate.
For items lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days after dispatch), please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
8. Damaged in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the box and contents before unpacking further and contact us at support@learningtoyland.com within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for replacement / refund options.
